Sara Wilde is the co-host of The Lincoln Local podcast and the Creative Design & Digital Media Advisor for the Town of Lincoln. She focuses on turning what’s happening in the community into clear, engaging stories that make the Town feel more human and approachable.

Her work spans design, photography, video, and digital storytelling, blending strategy with creativity to make complex information feel approachable and relatable. She also facilitates digital storytelling, helping others build confidence, find their voice, and feel empowered to share their stories digital media. Her approach centres on empathy, clarity, and meaningful connection.

On The Lincoln Local, Sara brings creativity and a storyteller’s eye—spotlighting the people, ideas, and moments that make Lincoln feel local. Outside of work, she’s a devoted crafter, an enthusiastic collector of interesting rocks, and a firm believer that Nutella is best enjoyed straight from the jar.

Stephanie Hicks

Stephanie Hicks is the voice behind The Lincoln Local podcast and a strong believer in Main Streets—and the people who make them thrive. She brings 14 years in hospitality and tourism, plus a decade in business and economic development. Her career is rooted in storytelling, placemaking, and community-first growth in the BIA and municipal world.

Stephanie serves as the Economic Development Officer for the Town of Lincoln, working with local businesses to build vibrant commercial districts. She also brings a provincial perspective as President of the Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA), advocating for small businesses and Main Streets across Ontario.

Off the clock, Stephanie is fuelled by wine, cheese, chocolate, Green Bay Packers loyalty, and her dog Eleanor the Labrador—plus an unapologetic love of crochet. On The Lincoln Local, she brings curiosity, humour, and heart, spotlighting the people and stories that make Lincoln local.
